Toy Rush 2020


Venti Di Noir is fostering social responsibility within the company through commitment to programs that transform the lives of the less fortunate.  In support of this strategy, Venti Di Noir will donate over 10 thousand gifts  during the 1st annual Venti Care toy rush event to help bring joy during the summer season and send a message of hope to the world's children.


Every year, as the summer approaches, families around the world gather together to go out and enjoy the weather. often to display the holiday gifts. What’s easy to forget during these festive times is the fact that there are many families around the world that are struggling just to put food on the table.


MISSION: The basic mission of the Venti Care Program is to distribute unwrapped toys to less fortunate children during the summer season. 

GOAL: The primary goal of Venti Care, through the gift of a new toy, helps bring the joy of the summer season and send a message of hope to the world's children.

VENTI CARE GOVERNANCE: Venti care is governed by a board of directors, all of whom are successful business leaders from throughout the nation. Staff is headquartered in Panama City, Panama office 14-A P.H. Torre Aseguradora Ancón Via Centenario, Costa Del Este. 

VENTI CARE OBJECTIVES: The objectives of the event are to help children throughout Panama to experience the joy of Summer; to play an active role in the development of one of our nation’s most valuable resources our children; to unite all members of local communities in a common cause to distribute and to contribute to improving communities in the future.

VENTI CARE ACTIVITIES: The event engages in two categories of activities: Program Services and Support Services.

Program Services

Distribution: To deliver toys to local neighborhoods and conduct effective toy distribution campaigns in their communities. All toys were purchased and donated by Venti Di Noir

Support of Local Coordinators: This involves arranging the creation, publication, manufacture and delivery of an array of promotion and support materials to local Coordinators. It includes managing all financial matters for local Coordinators as well as updating and publishing a manual for the conduct of local programs.

Support Services

Management and General Activities: This involves accomplishing the spectrum of business management activities necessary to make an organization efficient and effective and to ensure the program and the event operate in compliance with government's safety and health regulation.
